1. How much does a pyrolysis plant cost?

'How much does a pyrolysis plant cost?' and 'How much can my pyrolysis plant make?' aren't easy questions to answer - there are so many different factors involved in a fully calculated cost. 2. How long is the lead time, from order to delivery?

Answer

Once the manufacture of your CarboFlow machine has begun, and as long as the relevant infrastructure has been installed at your site, it can be up and running, producing biochar, green energy and carbon credits within six months.

3. What types of feedstock can CarboFlow take?

Answer

One of the main pain points we wanted to address when building CarboFlow was the inability of existing machines to be able to handle multiple different feedstocks. Our machine can handle woodchip, AD digestate, bamboo, rice husks, and many more.

If you want clarity on how your chosen feedstock will perform, we can undertake a feedstock analysis as part of a detailed validation study.

4. Do you sell biochar?

Answer

Yes. We sell biochar in the UK through Onnu Biochar, and internationally through Onnu Bioflow.
